Profile: Jr. IT Recruiter (HR)

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong approach skills and monthly closure capability for paid training programs.

Key Requirements:

- Ability to generate leads and approach candidates for paid training programs And Understand IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Solid convincing and counseling skills to convert inquiries into enrollments
- Responsible for achieving monthly admission/closing targets
- Experience in handling student/candidate queries and explaining training benefits clearly
- Good communication and follow-up skills to maintain conversion ratio
- Ability to work with marketing and HR team for lead conversion
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.

Focus Area:

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
