What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our Policy Servicing team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective servicing of our policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policy administration and servicing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace. The Associate Manager will be responsible for leading a team, managing policy servicing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and policy servicing performance.

What does the job entail?

- Manage a team of policy servicing staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of policy servicing services
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times
- Analyze and resolve policy servicing issues, escalating complex matters to senior management as necessary
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks




- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure seamless policy servicing operations
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage and track policy servicing metrics to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
- Develop and maintain reports to present to senior management on policy servicing performance and trends
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement changes to enhance efficiency
