WHAT YOU’LL LEARN & DO

- Visit potential customers and generate leads.
- Have consultative conversations with homeowners about solar savings, subsidies, and government schemes like PM Surya Ghar Yojana
- Assist seniors in conducting basic rooftop site checks and coordinating with our technical team
- Support preparation of customer proposals covering system size, cost savings, and financing
- Help customers with paperwork — govt. portal registration, subsidy applications, and net-metering approvals
- Follow up with leads, track your pipeline, and work towards monthly sales targets
- Update CRM with customer interactions and lead status regularly

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

No prior solar knowledge needed. If you have these, you’re a great fit:

- Good communicator — confident, friendly, and persuasive in conversation
- Self-motivated with a hunger to meet targets and grow
- Comfortable meeting recent people and travelling across Kolkata
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Any background in B2C sales is a bonus — not mandatory
