Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Database Management

- Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other digital channels.
- Create new customer and prospect databases, maintain and regularly update existing databases for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-potential opportunities for the sales team.
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and improve lead quality.

2. Appointment & Sales Support

- Schedule meetings, product demos, or follow-ups for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for key clients.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic sales decisions.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Collect and report client feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.

4. Reporting & Analytics

- Track and report on telemarketing performance metrics, lead conversion,



and database growth.
- Analyse call outcomes, conversion rates, and lead quality to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to optimize telemarketing processes and workflows.

5. Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve outreach, lead management, and database processes.
- Mentor junior telemarketing staff, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.

Key Criteria/Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in telemarketing, B2B/B2C sales, or business development.
- Proven experience in creating and managing customer/prospect databases.
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
