The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication, addressing client queries, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking client requirements, maintaining client records, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of client deliverables. The CRM will also follow up on pending documents, update clients regarding work status, and help build long-term professional relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention
