For Community Manager / Wellness Coach

Program & Community Operations - Working closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery of ongoing programs, managing participant journeys, coordinating resources, tracking daily engagement, and continuously identifying operational improvements.

Program Execution & Facilitation - Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of wellness and coaching programs in communities, educational institutes and workspaces that are either initiated or collaborated with Iintegrated Parenting. This includes scheduling, participant communication, session coordination, workshop facilitation, follow-ups,



and feedback collection.

Member Growth Partner - Serving as a dedicated accountability partner for community members—tracking behavioral consistency, decoding patterns of resistance, and holding a high-energy space to keep members committed to daily goals.

Community Engagement & Retention - Hosting meaningful discussions, keeping active WhatsApp groups vibrant and safe, tracking member progress, and supporting cohort-based programs to maximize retention and member satisfaction.

Transformational Nurturing & Mindset Coaching - Acting as the primary point of contact for active members, applying counseling and coaching frameworks to celebrate breakthroughs, hold space for lifestyle blockages, and coach through psychological hurdles.

Progress Mapping & Retention - Co-navigating long-term client journeys across 3, 6, or 12-month tracks by facilitating reflective milestone check-ins, assessing evolving needs, and guiding seamless transitions into next-level commitments.

Social Media & Content Support - Assisting with content planning, drafting reflective posts, capturing group wins, and coordinating community updates across social media channels to showcase program impact.

Group Coaching & Event Facilitation - Facilitating interactive group workshops and live sessions both virtually and on-site at partner schools, corporate spaces, and community events across Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
