About the Opportunity

Kish Hospitality Consultant is hiring Commis III professionals for a prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs in daily food preparation.
- Maintain mise en place.
- Follow standard recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene standards.
- Keep the assigned kitchen area clean and organized.
- Assist with receiving and storing food items.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort.
- Indian or Continental cuisine experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a qualified kitchen team.
