E-Commerce Delivery Assistant – With TOT

Experience: Relevant experience preferred

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Certification: ToT Certification preferred/required

Location: As per Project Requirement

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day e-commerce delivery operations.

- Receive, verify, sort, and deliver orders within the assigned timelines.

- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

- Update delivery status accurately through the required application/system.

- Communicate professionally with customers regarding deliveries.

- Handle COD and online payment procedures as per company guidelines.

- Maintain delivery records, invoices, and other required documents.

- Process returned, cancelled, or undelivered orders.

- Coordinate with the delivery team, supervisor,



and operations team.

- Follow safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Required Skills

- TOT (Training of Trainers) certification preferred/required.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and delivery applications.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet delivery targets.

- Prior experience in e-commerce or delivery operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
