About the Role

ARVIA is looking for a agile and well-presented Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural working, interior materials, and tile applications, along with the ability to confidently understand client requirements and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Clients.
- Understand architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and project requirements.
- Assist architects and designers in selecting suitable tiles and surface materials according to the project's design concept and technical requirements.
- Explain ARVIA products, features, finishes, applications, and benefits confidently and professionally.
- Conduct product presentations and showroom walkthroughs for clients and design professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong professional network within the architecture and interior design industry.




- Follow up on ongoing projects and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely project support.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in tiles, surfaces, architecture, and interior design.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Architecture, Interiors, Tiles, or Building Materials.
- Strong understanding of architectural working and interior design requirements.
- Ability to understand drawings and assist clients with product selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency and good command over:
- English
- Hindi
- Punjabi
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Professional personality with confidence in dealing with architects and premium clientele.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the team.
