We are looking for a customer-focused F&B; Service Associate to support food and beverage service operations and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Address guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other relevant departments.
- Follow grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a qualified approach.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hospitality environment.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
