Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Civil to oversee construction projects from planning and execution through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project management and leadership skills, with experience in residential or commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute construction projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget management.
- Ensure construction work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.
- Identify project risks, delays,



and challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and completion records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management software.
- Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
