**Location:** Sector 73, Noida

**Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month

**Working:** Monday–Saturday WFO

**Experience:** 6–8 Years | **Immediate Joiners Preferred**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Executive – EXIM** who can independently manage **Import & Export operations** for our **Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical & Surgical products**.

### Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end Import & Export operations and documentation
- Hands-on experience with **Nutraceutical & Surgical product imports/exports**
- Knowledge of **FSSAI Nutraceutical product registration & compliance**
- Preparation of **Export Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists**
- Coordination with **CHA, Customs, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines & Transporters**
- Handling Shipping Bills, BL/AWB, COO, COA, MSDS and other export documents
- Coordination with **banks for EXIM-related documentation & transactions**; bank visits required
- Knowledge of **DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE,



RoDTEP** and EXIM compliance
- Shipment tracking, customs clearance, MIS and resolving EXIM-related issues

### Candidate Requirements

✔ 6–8 years of relevant EXIM experience

✔ Solid practical knowledge of Import & Export documentation

✔ Experience in **Pharma/Nutraceutical/Surgical/Healthcare products** preferred

✔ Knowledge of **FSSAI Nutraceutical regulations/registration**

✔ Solid communication, Excel and documentation skills

✔ Ability to independently handle EXIM operations
