About the Role

OTY Innovations is looking for an energetic and confident Sales Person who can communicate effectively with customers and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have a explicit, pleasant, and easily understandable voice along with strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain products/services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries and follow up with leads.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Provide updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Energetic,



confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Pleasant, clear, and listenable voice.
- Ability to communicate in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, direct sales, customer handling, or business sales will be an advantage.
