Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to build and maintain robust client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client accounts
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain regular communication and resolve client queries
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in account management or client handling
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
