Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and technology-driven E-Learning Content Developer & LMS Executive to support the creation, management, and delivery of digital learning content. The ideal candidate should have experience in AI-powered content development, assessment creation, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, and robust technical skills in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, VBA, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & AI-Based Learning Solutions

- Create high-quality educational and training content using AI tools and technologies.
- Develop AI-generated learning materials, presentations, and instructional resources.
- Create and edit AI-powered videos for learning and training programs.
- Ensure all content aligns with instructional design standards and organizational requirements.

Assessment & Test Creation

- Design and develop Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), quizzes, assignments, and assessments.
- Create and manage online tests and examinations within the LMS.
- Review assessment quality and ensure accuracy, relevance, and learning effectiveness.

LMS Administration & Content Management

- Upload, update, and manage learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Configure courses, assessments, learning paths, and user enrollments.
- Monitor LMS performance and ensure content is up to date and properly structured.
- Generate learning reports and maintain learner records.

Content Formatting & Documentation

- Format training materials, manuals, guides, and assessment documents.
- Ensure professional presentation and consistency across all learning resources.
- Perform content quality checks and proofreading.

Technical & Data Management Support

- Work extensively with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions, formulas, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain VBA macros for process automation and data management.




- Use Python for data processing, content automation, reporting, and workflow improvements.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the learning function.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in content development, e-learning, instructional design, or LMS administration.
- Proficiency in AI content creation and AI-based video generation tools.
- Strong experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of VBA programming and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting and automation.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Synthesia, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e-learning standards.
- Experience creating video-based learning content.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

Success Criteria

The successful candidate will be able to create engaging learning content, develop AI-powered training videos, design assessments and tests, maintain LMS platforms, automate processes using Excel/VBA/Python, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning initiatives.

Experience Required: 1-2 Years (can be adjusted based on your requirement).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
