Front End or Retail Operations. Reports to: Floor Manager or Store Manager. Primary Purpose: To handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing friendly service. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly. Process sales, returns, and exchanges at the point of sale. Handle cash, card, and other payments securely. Balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts. Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records. Answer basic product or pricing questions or refer to the right staff. Follow store policies for security and loss prevention. Skills and qualifications: Basic math and POS system knowledge. Robust customer service skills. Attention to detail, honesty, and reliability. Preferred experience- retail or cashiering experience, especially in fashion or garments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
