Role: Senior Purchase Manager

Location: Strictly Gwalior local. We want long-term retention; people from outside tend to have unreasonable salary expectations and leave too soon.

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000/month. This will depend entirely on the person's talent.

​Job Profile & Skills:

​Core Job: Lead all raw material and consumable procurement for the production process.

​The "Senior" Factor: They must have a sharp, analytical mind for market analysis to make the right purchasing decisions.

​Global Coordination: Must be excellent with numbers to properly coordinate with our foreign suppliers across 25+ countries.

​Tech Skills: Very good with MIS, costings, and Excel formulas. They need to be able to present data clearly to management to drive purchase decisions.

​Tally: Basic knowledge needed for making Debit Notes and POs. If they are great at Excel/analysis but don't know Tally, we can teach them that here.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
