Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative *3D Architectural Visualizer* to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations, architectural renders, animations, and walkthroughs based on architectural drawings and design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

* Create high-quality *3D architectural models* from AutoCAD drawings, plans, elevations, and reference images.

* Develop realistic *interior and exterior architectural visualizations*.

* Set up materials, textures, lighting, cameras, and environments for photorealistic renders.

* Prepare *3D still renders, walkthroughs, and architectural animations*.

* Understand architectural drawings, dimensions, materials, and design concepts.

* Work closely with architects, designers, and the internal visualization team.

* Make required design and visualization revisions based on client feedback.

* Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all project deliverables.

* Optimize scenes and models for rendering and animation.

* Manage project timelines and deliver work within assigned deadlines.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of *Autodesk 3ds Max*.

* Good working knowledge of *Corona Renderer / V-Ray*.

* Strong understanding of *lighting, materials, textures, modelling,



and composition*.

* Knowledge of *AutoCAD* and ability to understand architectural drawings.

* Experience in creating photorealistic *interior and exterior renders*.

* Knowledge of architectural animation and walkthrough production is an advantage.

* Good understanding of architectural design and proportions.

* Strong attention to detail and visual quality.

Preferred Qualifications

* Diploma / Bachelor's degree in **Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field**.

* Relevant experience in architectural visualization will be preferred.

* A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural renders is required.

Software

* Autodesk 3ds Max

* Corona Renderer / V-Ray

* AutoCAD

* Photoshop

* Premiere Pro / After Effects or DaVinci Resolve — added advantage
