Patient Flow & Service Management

- Oversee smooth patient flow from registration to consultation, diagnostics, billing, and pharmacy.
- Coordinate between OPD, diagnostics, operation theatre (OT), pharmacy, and optical departments for seamless service.
- Monitor patient waiting times and resolve bottlenecks or delays promptly.
- Ensure patients receive proper guidance and assistance throughout their hospital visit.

Staff Supervision & Coordination

- Supervise front office executives, floor coordinators, and housekeeping staff.
- Assign and monitor daily duties and ensure adherence to work schedules.
- Conduct floor briefings and communicate daily targets or updates.
- Support HR in managing attendance, punctuality, and discipline of staff under purview.

Operational Excellence

- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and patient safety on the hospital floor.
- Ensure all consultation rooms, waiting areas, and diagnostic sections are ready for operation each day.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping for quick resolution of any facility issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards,



and infection control guidelines.

Patient Experience & Feedback

- Handle patient complaints or grievances courteously and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor feedback from patients and take corrective actions.
- Strive to maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily reports on patient volume, staff performance, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with administration and management for continuous process improvement.
- Participate in regular review meetings and implement improvement plans.
