Music Teacher – Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct music classes for students from different classes.
- Teach vocal and instrumental music according to students’ age and ability.
- Prepare students for school functions, assemblies, competitions, annual day and cultural programmes.
- Train students in singing, rhythm, voice modulation and basic music theory.
- Organize and supervise the school music club and musical activities.
- Prepare students for inter-school and CBSE-related cultural activities/competitions.
- Maintain and properly handle all musical instruments and music-room equipment.
- Identify and encourage students with musical talent.
- Coordinate with class teachers and activity coordinators for programmes and events.
- Prepare music performances and rehearsals as per the school calendar.
- Maintain discipline and ensure the safety of students during music classes and rehearsals.
- Assist the school management in planning and conducting cultural events and celebrations.
- Maintain records of students participating in music activities and competitions.
- Perform any other music-related duties assigned by the Principal/School Management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
