Siliguri Institute of Robotics AI & Management is looking for energetic and confident Part-Time Telecallers to join our growing education team.

Job Role: Telecaller (Part-Time) Responsibilities:

- Call students and parents from provided database
- Explain our AI, Robotics & Technical courses
- Generate enquiries and schedule counselling visits
- Follow up with interested candidates
- Maintain basic call records and feedback
- Contact schools and educational institutions to introduce our programs.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a record of calls and responses.
- Share course details via email and WhatsApp as required.
- Convince and guide parents about the benefits of AI & Robotics education for their children.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 10+2 passed (Graduates preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Bengali
- Basic computer and mobile handling knowledge
- Freshers and students can also apply

Working Hours:





- 3 to 4 hours per day (Flexible timing)

Salary:

- Flexible Salary + Performance Incentives.
- Traveling

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi.
- Ability to persuade and engage potential customers over calls.
- Basic computer skills (email handling, maintaining call logs, etc.).
