Job Description – Business Development Manager (Digital Services)

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Mohali

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads into clients for digital marketing and digital services.

Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions.

Sell services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Graphic Design, and Video/Creative Services.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → follow-up → proposal → negotiation → closure.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and online demos.

Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.

Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.

Maintain client and lead information in CRM.

Coordinate with the digital/technical team for smooth project handover.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Digital Sales / Business Development / IT Sales.





Proven experience in converting digital service leads and closing deals.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing and web services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Target-oriented with a strong closing and conversion mindset.

Experience dealing with international clients will be an advantage.

Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, LinkedIn, email outreach, and virtual meetings.

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
