About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience and strong AI proficiency to direct field sales routes, assist senior leadership with hiring, and oversee daily office operations. In this role, you will map out targeted visit roadmaps for Field Executives visiting orthopedics and physiotherapists, audit visit completion using AI tools, and collaborate with existing office staff for smooth daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Sales Roadmaps: Design and assign daily visit plans for field sales executives targeting orthopedics and physiotherapists.
- AI Visit Auditing:



Use AI tools to verify, track, and analyze field executive visit logs, coverage, and meeting authenticity.
- Hiring Assistance: Support senior management with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
- Office Operations: Coordinate with existing administrative staff to manage daily office workflows, tasks, and activity reporting.
- Process Automation: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, route-mapping platforms) to streamline scheduling, reporting, and communications.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in office operations, sales coordination, or administrative support.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and dashboards for operational tracking and data analysis.
- Solid communication skills to lead field staff, assist senior executives, and work with office teams.
- High analytical capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
