Job Summary

We are looking for an Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of mandatory experience in the IT/Software industry and hands-on experience in the US & UK markets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of B2B lead generation, email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and client outreach, along with a good understanding of IT services such as SEO, Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, Software Development, E-commerce, UI/UX, Cloud Solutions, SaaS, CRM/ERP, and IT Consulting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, web research, and other outbound channels.
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers in the US and UK markets.
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify recent business opportunities.
- Draft professional and engaging cold emails and follow-up messages.
- Follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate meetings and opportunities.




- Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales/BDE team for further conversion.
- Track email campaigns, responses, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain proper records of all lead-generation activities in CRM or relevant tools.

Requirements

- Mandatory 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation in the IT/Software industry.
- Must have experience handling international markets, preferably US & UK clients.
- Good understanding of IT services and B2B sales.
- Hands-on experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead generation.
- Good knowledge of email marketing and lead-generation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research, follow-up, and lead qualification skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
