Job Description – Welfare Officer-cum-Admin

Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee welfare activities and address employee concerns and grievances.
- Coordinate welfare facilities such as canteen, transport, uniforms, sanitation, drinking water, rest areas, and medical facilities.
- Organize employee engagement, awareness, recreational, and welfare programs.
- Maintain effective communication between employees and management.
- Support employee counseling and resolution of workplace issues.
- Coordinate employee welfare schemes and statutory perks.

HR & Administration

- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and other facility-related activities.
- Monitor office/plant housekeeping and general administrative requirements.
- Prepare reports, registers, notices,



and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate meetings, events, employee activities, and administrative arrangements.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and employee welfare requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and records related to welfare and labour compliance.
- Coordinate with government/labour department officials, inspectors, and other authorities when required.
- Assist in audits and inspections and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Keep updated with changes in labour laws, rules, and welfare requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
