About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Client Relations Executive to support our management team in handling clients, investors, project coordination, documentation, and administrative activities across multiple projects and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Coordinate client and investor meetings
- Assist in preparing and maintaining legal and project-related documentation
- Manage project files, records, agreements, and other documentation
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate project databases
- Prepare and maintain investor reports and updates
- Handle investor communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Assist the CEO in project-related activities across multiple locations
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, appointments, and project schedules
- Follow up on pending documentation, approvals, payments, and project-related requirements




- Support management in day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities
- Positive knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients and investors
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in client relations, administration, real estate, asset management, investment, or project coordination will be an advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
