Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain game rules, facilities, and activities clearly to customers.
- Demonstrate games and assist customers during their experience.
- Handle billing, cashiering, and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow company policies, procedures, grooming standards, and uniform guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Age: 19–28 years.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.




- Candidates currently residing in Pune are preferred.

Working Hours

- 9-hour shift per day
- 1 weekly weekly off
- Weekends and public holidays may be working days depending on business requirements.

Shift Timings
Female – Rotational Shifts

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Male – Rotational Shifts

- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Shift Flexibility: Candidates should be comfortable with the applicable rotational shifts during the initial 15 days of employment.
