- Make outbound calls to potential customers and interested candidates.
- Explain company services, products, and available opportunities clearly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer details.
- Schedule appointments or office visits for interested clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi/Punjabi/English.
- Basic knowledge of computer, MS Office, WhatsApp, and calling systems.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred, but freshers may also apply.
- Confident, polite, and target-oriented personality.
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Pay: ₹8,642.27 - ₹31,256.23 per month
