Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (Office Work)

We are looking for Male & Female candidates for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive for our pharmaceutical company.

This is a 100% office-based job. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer calling, lead follow-up and sales coordination from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain and promote our pharmaceutical products over the phone.
- Generate sales enquiries and follow up with customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, distributors and business clients.
- Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain daily calling and sales follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
