Job Summary

We are looking for a practical and experienced Electrical Project Engineer to oversee electrical project execution from planning through completion and handover.

The role will involve coordinating with Site Supervisors, planning materials and manpower, resolving technical issues, monitoring project progress, and ensuring electrical work is completed safely, correctly, and within the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate electrical project execution from start to handover.
- Guide and support Site Supervisors in day-to-day project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve electrical issues arising at project sites.
- Plan required electrical materials, quantities, manpower, and resources.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, layouts, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) as required.
- Prepare work schedules, execution plans, manpower requirements, and project targets.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Team to ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and take timely action to avoid delays.
- Ensure electrical work is executed according to approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and required quality standards.
- Inspect and monitor electrical works including cable laying, panels, DBs, earthing, cable trays, cable termination, and related installations.




- Identify technical or execution issues at an early stage and minimise rework.
- Coordinate effectively between Site Supervisors, Purchase Team, clients, contractors, and Management.
- Review completed electrical work and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
- Maintain project progress updates and communicate key site issues to Management.
- Take responsibility for the overall technical and execution aspects of assigned projects.

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution/site engineering.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical installation and project execution.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, layouts, SLDs, BOQs, and site requirements.
- Experience in coordinating site teams and supervising electrical work.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to plan work, manage priorities, and ensure timely project completion.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who is practical, technically sound, and comfortable with site execution.

The ideal candidate should be able to plan the work, guide the site team, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
