Job Description / Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate sales invoices, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
- Handle day-to-day dispatch billing and documentation.
- Verify customer orders, product quantity, rates and billing details before invoice generation.
- Coordinate with Dispatch, Sales, Store, Accounts and Transporters.
- Maintain dispatch records, invoice records and transporter details.
- Prepare E-way Bills, transport documents and other dispatch-related documents.
- Monitor daily dispatches and ensure timely billing.
- Reconcile invoice quantities with dispatch quantities.
- Handle invoice corrections, credit/debit notes and related documentation.




- Maintain proper filing and MIS reports for dispatch and billing.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and dispatch entries.
- Follow company procedures and statutory requirements related to invoicing and dispatch.

Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com. preferred.
- Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Dispatch Billing / Invoicing.
- Software Knowledge: Microsoft Dynamics 365 is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill, Tax Invoice and dispatch documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid billing accuracy and documentation skills.
- Good coordination with Dispatch, Store, Sales, Accounts and Transport teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
