Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF filings and hands-on experience with Zoho accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Manage PF-related compliance and filings.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial records.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other departments when required.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
- Generate accounting reports and MIS as required by management.
- Handle accounting activities using Zoho Books / Zoho accounting software.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF compliance and filing.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or other Zoho accounting software.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and statutory compliance schedules.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
