Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Field Sales & Nutrition Counsellor who

can handle client counselling appointments, convert leads, conduct field visits, and promote

DietBox meal plans.

Key Responsibilities

● Attend and handle client counselling appointments and convert potential leads into

customers.

● Explain DietBox meal plans, packages and services based on client requirements.

● Conduct field visits to generate new leads and promote DietBox.

● Conduct DietBox visits for prospective/existing clients when required.

● Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp and maintain lead records.

● Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

● Build robust relationships with clients and generate referrals/renewals.

Required Knowledge

Candidate should have basic knowledge of:

● Nutrition & healthy weight management





● BMI and body composition

● Calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats

● Lifestyle-related conditions such as Diabetes, PCOS, Thyroid, Hypertension,

Cholesterol, Fatty Liver, etc.

● Basic understanding of dietary requirements and lifestyle modification.

Candidate Profile

● Graduate; background in Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy

or related fields preferred.

● Prior experience in sales, counselling, healthcare, wellness, nutrition or hospitality

is an advantage.

● Excellent communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.

● Confident and presentable with a customer-focused approach.

● Comfortable with field work, client meetings and local travel.

● Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
