What You'll Do

- Provide Technical Support: Handle after-sales troubleshooting for servo systems, wiring, and parameter settings.
- System Configuration: Set up communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, pulse) and configure system parameters.
- Drive Sales Growth: Partner with the sales team to offer technical expertise and pitch product solutions to clients.
- Client Engagement: Connect with clients directly to solve technical issues and drive product sales in a dynamic new department.

What We Look For

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with servo motors, drives, or linear motion products.
- Expertise in wiring, basic programming, parameter settings, and communication protocols (EtherCAT, pulse).
- Robust blend of technical problem-solving and commercial sales skills.
