We are hiring experienced Team Leaders / Assistant Managers for an International Sales Process in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and sales metrics.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Coach and motivate team members to improve their sales performance.
- Handle team escalations and support day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to process and quality standards.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of on-paper Team Leader experience.




- International Sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong team handling and people management skills.
- Good understanding of sales targets and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹7.5 LPA
