- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in an IT/software/technology company is preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment and general HR operations.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- IT/Technical recruitment exposure.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and HR processes.
- Basic understanding of payroll and statutory HR processes.
- Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
