About the Role

V. K. Lalco is hiring a hands-on, on-site Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial property developments. You will lead contractors, review technical plans, manage material selection, and drive high-quality interior design executions.

The Responsibilities of the Candidate Will Entail:

- Manage daily in office operations, supervising contractors, vendors, and site labor across active sites.
- Read, interpret, and implement architectural plans, technical drawings, and interior layouts.
- Evaluate and advise on procurement for premium residential and commercial interior/building products.
- Track project schedules, material costs, and contractor deliverables using Microsoft Excel.

The Qualifications and the Requirements of the Candidate:

- Experience:



Hands-on experience in Interior Design and site execution for residential and commercial projects.
- Technical: Ability to read blueprints and site plans. AutoCAD or related interior software knowledge is a strong bonus.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Marathi fluency is strongly preferred for effective site labor management.
- Digital Aptitude: Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with basic AI tools (e.g., automated scheduling, project tracking prompts) to boost productivity.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
