Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to support our piling and civil construction projects. This is a suitable prospect for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in developing their career in construction site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day supervision of piling and construction activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, operators, workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are carried out as instructed.
- Maintain basic site records, measurements and daily work updates.
- Support the Site Engineer in coordinating manpower and materials.
- Follow site safety procedures and company instructions.
- Assist in monitoring site activities and reporting progress to the concerned engineer.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- 0–6 months of experience in construction or piling is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of construction site activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
