We are looking for a motivated and energetic Retail Marketing Executive to support the growth of our baby care products through retail outlets, distributors, dealers, and other sales channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing retail marketing activities, improving product visibility, coordinating with retailers and distributors, monitoring market trends and competitors, and supporting sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit retail outlets, distributors, and dealers to drive product sales.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
- Execute retail promotions, offers, displays, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.




- Collect retailer/customer feedback and identify market opportunities.
- Support sales and new outlet development.
- Prepare daily/weekly market visit and sales reports.

Requirements

- Any Graduate
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to travel and conduct market visits.
- Valid driving licence mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
