Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on social media, email marketing, promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, events, and networking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and independently manage the sales cycle.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
