We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information, and maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers from company-provided leads.

Explain company services and relevant information clearly.

Understand customer requirements and respond to queries.

Maintain call records and update customer information.

Follow up with interested customers when required.

Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.

Maintain skilled and respectful communication.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,886.29 - ₹17,772.39 per month
