- Prepare a variety of Continental dishes while keeping the taste and presentation consistent.
- Take care of the daily work in your section and make sure orders go out on time.
- Follow recipes and portion standards while adding your own touch where appropriate.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before starting preparation.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
- Follow proper hygiene and food safety practices throughout the kitchen.
- Work closely with the Chef and the rest of the kitchen team to keep service smooth.
- Keep an eye on stock and use ingredients carefully to reduce unnecessary wastage.
- Support and guide junior team members whenever needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude, work well under pressure, and consistently deliver valuable-quality food.
