Merchandiser – Rotary & Digital Printing Industry

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to coordinate customer orders and ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and order follow-up.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
- Follow up on sampling, artwork approvals, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain order details, costing, production updates, and customer records.
- Ensure timely delivery as per customer requirements.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and issues.
- Resolve production/order-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in printing/textile/packaging merchandising preferred.




- Knowledge of Rotary & Digital Printing processes will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, follow-up, and MS Office skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
