A prominent facade company in Kochi is seeking an experienced Projects Engineer to oversee large scale projects. Preferably experienced in Unitized System.

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in unitized curtain wall, aluminium façade, glazing, or building envelope projects.
- Good knowledge of unitized façade installation, site execution, and construction methodology.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, fabrication drawings, structural drawings, and architectural drawings.
- Experience in site measurements, setting-out, alignment, levelling, installation, and inspection of unitized façade panels.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, suppliers, and site teams.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, material inspection, installation tolerances, and testing requirements.
- Ability to prepare daily/weekly progress reports and monitor project schedules.
- Good understanding of site safety requirements and safe working practices.
- Ability to identify site issues, coordinate solutions,



and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Good communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise unitized façade installation activities at site.
- Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, equipment, and installation teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor installation quality, alignment, level, joints, anchors, brackets, gaskets, and sealants.
- Coordinate with the design, production, QA/QC, and procurement teams.
- Track project progress and report delays, technical issues, and site requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate inspections and rectification of defects/snags.
- Maintain proper project documentation and site records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
