Job Description:

Grace Finnovation is looking for a motivated Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment/systems at client sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, and maintain equipment/machinery at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues




- Train customers on basic equipment operation and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or related field)
- 0–2 years of experience in a service engineering role (freshers may apply)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
- Positive communication skills
- Valid driving license preferred
