Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining property/project details, and coordinating with the Sales Team to convert leads into site visits and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company database.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information about properties/projects.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, and preferences.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant details.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits/meetings for the Sales Team.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper call records.
- Update customer information, call remarks, and follow-up status in the CRM/required system.




- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead handover and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build a positive relationship with customers.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi communication; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Prior experience in Real Estate Telecalling/Sales will be preferred.

Qualification

- Minimum Graduate candidates will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
