Key Responsibilities

A. Patient Assistance & Support

- Welcome and assist patients and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
- Guide patients regarding registration, consultation, diagnostics, billing, pharmacy, admission, discharge, and other hospital services.
- Assist elderly, differently abled, and special-needs patients wherever required.
- Address routine patient queries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure patients receive timely assistance and guidance during their hospital visit.

B. Patient Coordination

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Facilitate smooth movement of patients between different departments.
- Coordinate appointments and help minimize patient waiting time.
- Follow up on pending investigations, reports, consultations, and other patient requirements.
- Escalate delays, complaints, or unresolved issues to the concerned department/in-charge.

C. Patient Experience

- Maintain a patient-friendly and service-oriented approach.
- Collect patient feedback and communicate concerns to the reporting manager.
- Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate serious complaints immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
- Ensure patients and attendants are treated with dignity and respect.

D. Administrative & Documentation

- Maintain accurate patient-related records and required documentation.
- Assist patients with hospital forms and service-related documentation.
- Ensure information provided to patients is accurate and consistent with hospital policies.
- Maintain daily reports, registers, feedback records, and other assigned documentation.




- Ensure proper handover of pending patient-related issues between shifts.

E. Hospital Policies & Compliance

- Follow hospital SOPs, policies, infection-control practices, and safety procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming, uniform, identification badge, and workplace discipline.
- Follow patient confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
- Report incidents, safety concerns, and unusual patient situations to the concerned authority.
- Participate in hospital training programs, quality initiatives, and awareness activities.

F. Teamwork & Coordination

- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth patient services.
- Maintain effective communication with doctors, nurses, technicians, front office, billing, and operations teams.
- Support the department during peak hours and emergency situations as directed.
- Perform other patient-care and coordination duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; healthcare/hospital administration qualification preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospital patient care, front office, customer service, or healthcare operations preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
