Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for handling Business Analyst candidates – both Freshers and Experienced professionals and supporting them throughout the placement process.

Key Responsibilities :

* Handle Business Analyst Fresher & Experienced candidates
* Identify suitable job opportunities and coordinate candidate placements
* Market candidates to potential clients and recruitment partners
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Handle client requirements and understand job descriptions
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients




* Provide career guidance and placement support to students/candidates
* Prepare and create Hiring Posts / Recruitment Posters
* Post job openings and candidate requirements on LinkedIn and other platforms
* Source and maintain a strong candidate database
* Follow up regularly with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements
* Achieve placement and recruitment targets.
