Role Name: Group Leader

Reporting to: Incharge Maintenance

Role Purpose:

To manage smooth and efficient operation of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

Responsibilities Heads:

KRA (Key Result Areas):

Machine Availibility: Ensure execution of planned maintenance activities of machines to achieve machine availability

Quality Management: To monitor the compliance to Control Plan & Job Standards, Daily checksheet / monitoring to maintain process health.

Manpower Development: To plan and develop the skill set in Shift members as per roles and responsibility

Cost: To Monitor Manpower and glass breakage due to machine

1. Zero Machine breakdown

2. Manpower Rotations and Multiskilling's as per schedule

3.Manpower Optimizations

To review & reduce repair & maintenance Cost and to reduce cost of Indirect consumables

Safety :To achieve Zero Accidents & to ensure protected working culture amont team

Shift: Operations Enforce discipline in the Shift.

KPI (Key Performance Indicators) :

Machine Availibility:1. Ensure to carry preventive Maintenance as per plan

2. Ensure to carry out 5S activities as per QES procedure

3. Ensure to initiate preventive actions

Quality Management:

1. No of Points during Audit.

2. No of deviation and abonormalities

Manpower Development:

1. Skill Competency mapping & Level ups and Multiskilling Development

Multiskilling plan Vs actuals

Indirect manpower Rotations as per Schedule adherence

1. Cost of repair & mainteance - budget Vs Actual

2. Cost of Consumables Consumptions ,plan vs. actual

Safety:

1) Inculcating safety practices within team

2) Eliminating unsafe work practices

3) Reporting near misses, unsafe acts and conditions

Shift Operations:

1. Ensuring 5S during the shift.

2. Ensuring no miss management in shift.

3. Ensuring Maintenance activities in the shift

4. Ensuring dolly / pallet repair as per plan

5. Attending breakdown as per timeline

REQUIREMENTS :

Knowledge: 1] Good Technical knowledge about electrical & mechanical maintenance

2] Knowledge of MTTR & MTBF, preventive maintenance

3] Knowledge of critical spares

Year's of experience: 4 to 6 Years

Skills: Technical skills, & Manpower Management skill

Qualification: Diploma

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
