Role Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong B2B prospect pipeline and generating qualified sales opportunities through digital outreach channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify businesses matching the company's target audience.
- Research companies, industries and decision-makers.
- Build and manage high-quality prospect lists.
- Source leads through Apollo, LinkedIn and online research.
- Execute cold email campaigns.
- Conduct professional WhatsApp marketing and outreach.
- Personalize messages based on prospect information.
- Use AI tools to speed up research and personalize communication.
- Create follow-up sequences for different prospect stages.
- Track email responses and prospect engagement.




- Qualify leads before handing them to the sales team.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain CRM/lead sheets and update prospect status.
- Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.

Skills Required

- 1+ year experience in B2B lead generation, sales development or outreach.
- Apollo experience preferred.
- LinkedIn prospecting experience.
- Cold email experience.
- WhatsApp outreach experience.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted prospecting.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
